RETURNS / EXCHANGES


LIVlution when working with print on demand products, returns and refunds are subject to the return policy of our print on demand supplier.

In LIVlution our products are printed on demand, means that each order is unique and distinct, being developed by the customer and produced through the printing on demand service, so due to this particularity, we only accept returns of products with defects, duly proven with images of the product. We will contact our print on demand supplier,  and if the product is eligible, we will exchange the product in question, for an equal. The period for return and exchange of the product for another equal, is fifteen days (15) and will be made from the moment we receive the defective product. If it exceeds the stipulated period, the product is no longer eligible for return and exchange.


Please note that on-demand products may have variations in color, design and size compared to the image displayed on our website, due to the on-demand printing process. These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return for this reason.

REFUND


Because we work with products printed on demand and therefore each order is produced after the customer chooses and pays for the products he wants, making it unique and distinct, we do not accept refunds, the procedure we practice is the exchange of the product for another equal, if it is eligible for it. We only refund in cases where our supplier of printing on demand products does not have in stock the defective product that the customer wants to exchange, if it is eligible, complied with the requirements indicated in the returns, the refund will be made, exclusively in these cases, after we receive the product and analyze it and issued to the same original payment method, used to make the purchase.


RETURNS COSTS


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items or not, we recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance tonsure that reaches us safely. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
