LIVlution is a brand that sells products with original illustrations and designs, uses an on-demand printing supplier for their production and shipping. So the shipping and production of the products is not done by us but by the on-demand printing supplier who gives us this service.
When we work with this printing on demand service, it means that the production of the products of the order placed by the customer is made after the customer submits and makes the payment of the same. As soon as the order is processed by the system, it is redirected to our print on demand supplier who starts the production process of the product(s) present in the order and after production sends them to the customer.
All products in our catalog are produced on demand by our supplier print on demand, the processing and production time may vary taking into account several factors´ such as type of product, where it is produced, where, and delivered, size and dimensions of the order, production capacity, shipping methods, among others.
After production, the products of the order are sent directly to customers by our supplier Print On Demand, who can sometimes send separately if the products of the order are different and their production has different production times or different characteristics.
The available shipping methods, estimated delivery dates, associated costs are conditioned with the shipping services provided by our Print On Demand supplier (since it carries out the production and delivery of customers’ orders to them) and are provided during the checkout process.
Keep in mind that the estimated delivery dates include production time (depends on each product) and shipping time (delivery time from the printing partner to the delivery address, which will depend on the country of production, delivery countries, shipping method, among others)
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide and verify the correct shipping information. Any changes to address should be communicated as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee that these changes can be made after the order has been processed.
Combat customs duties may be applied in local regulations when sending international shipments across borders. These customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
LIVlution is not responsible for delays, damage or loss of orders. Although we are not responsible for problems, delays, damage or loss of orders, if there is a significant delay or loss of them, customers should contact us through the form we provide in the CONTACT US menu, in order to miss contacting our supplier so that he can analyze and provide assistance.
